Miriam Valdez founded United Title & Escrow, LLC in 2014 after over 21 years in the title and escrow industry, building the company on principles of protection, integrity, clear communication, and teamwork. As a first-generation Mexican immigrant, she brings a strong sense of resilience, discipline, and gratitude to her leadership, viewing every closing as a meaningful life moment rather than just a transaction. She remains a hands-on CEO and licensed title insurance agent, actively overseeing operations to ensure every file meets her high standards of excellence, precision, and trust.
Lilian Rodriguez, Esq.
Lilian Rodriguez, Esq. has served as legal counsel to United Title & Escrow since its founding, providing experienced real estate legal oversight that reinforces every transaction. Licensed in Virginia and Maryland, she brings decades of practice, strong academic credentials, and active bar membership, along with volunteer work through the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland. Her ongoing partnership with the company ensures a foundation of compliance, accountability, and smooth, confident closings.
Giselle Castro-Marquez
Giselle has been a key member of United Title & Escrow since May 2016, where she has spent nearly a decade preparing settlement figures and coordinating the financial details of transactions with precision and consistency. Known for her professionalism and calm, steady approach, she ensures clients fully understand their numbers and feel confident heading into closing. Her attention to detail and commitment to clear communication help deliver the organized, reliable experience the company is known for, reinforcing its mission to bring clarity and unity to the real estate closing process.
Brenda Gonzalez
Brenda has been a valued member of United Title & Escrow since October 2017, serving as Senior Processor and managing files from contract to closing with precision, organization, and care. Known for her patience and steady demeanor, she handles complex details with clarity and supports clients and partners through thoughtful communication. While reserved in nature, she brings strength, wisdom, and consistency to the team, embodying a quiet commitment to excellence that helps ensure a smooth and unified real estate closing experience.
Angie Castro
Angie joined United Title & Escrow in August 2025 as a Junior Processor, where she supports the transaction process by opening files, gathering documents, coordinating communication, and ensuring each closing is organized and well-prepared. Often the first point of contact for clients, she brings a welcoming, professional presence while working efficiently behind the scenes. Her strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and positive energy contribute to a smooth client experience and support the company’s mission of delivering seamless closings with care and consistency.
