With over 21 years of providing unparalleled title and escrow services to clients, loan officers, and real estate professionals in Virginia and Maryland, Miriam brings a wealth of expertise to her role. As the owner and CEO of UT&E, she oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including the supervision of active cases and the execution of closings. A licensed title insurance agent, Miriam ensures the prompt issuance of final title policies. Her hands-on approach guarantees that no detail is overlooked. It is not uncommon for clients to find Miriam personally answering their calls, reflecting her commitment to exceptional service.
