MIRIAM VALDEZ
Miriam Valdez is the founder of United Title & Escrow LLC and is a licensed title insurance agent in the states of Maryland and Virginia. She also currently holds a real estate broker’s license and is the principal broker of Great Alliance Realty, LLC, a referral real estate agency.
She has been in the real estate industry since 1998 when she started as a receptionist and moved up the corporate ladder. Her career has always been real estate. Her expertise includes, residential real estate closings, Commercial real estate closings and short sale negotiation.
Miriam migrated as a child in 1991 from a small village in Jalisco, Mexico. Arriving to the US, she quickly realized this was a life changing experience. She has been a longtime resident of Prince William County, Virginia.
In 2017, Miriam founded the Mexican American Chamber of Commerce whose mission is to promote entrepreneurship within the Mexican American community and provide empowerment, education and resources to those looking to start and/or grow their business.
Miriam is an active member of our community. She has been a volunteer for more than 16 years and currently serves as a board member and volunteer with The Woodbridge Worker's Committee and other grassroots organizations in the Prince William County area.

LILIAN RODRIGUEZ, ESQ.
Lilian Rodriguez is the principal with the law firm of the Law Office of Lilian Rodriguez, LLC. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Virginia State Bar and the United States District Court of Maryland.
She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology from The College of New Jersey in 1989 and went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law in 2001.
Lilian has been a long time resident of Montgomery County, Maryland and has been involved in real estate transactions in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia since 2001. Her practice also focuses in short sale negotiations, debt settlement and lien negotiation, loss mitigation and foreclosure defense. She is experienced in all aspects of the residential real estate transaction and also provides direct assistance to pro bono clients through the Maryland Foreclosure Prevention Pro Bono Project and Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Services.
